Pumpkin Time!

Add Image
So Monday night we shared special time with our family. Uncle Scott shared a wonderful family home evening lesson with us. The after that it was pumpkin time!! The boys had a blast!! Two toppers of the night well there were many but I would have to say that I love that Grandpa Martineau brought a chizzle and hammer to carve his pumpkin, and the boys loved Auntie Michele's treats!

So cute!! I'm not sure who had more fun, Uncle Scott or Aiden. Uncle Scott was making his O so famous birdie noises

Bailey relaxing while mom does the diirty work!

Maisen was hard at work. Shhh!! Look in the background, don't mess with Chase either!!!

Foxxy

It is very important to me to share with you some of the latest pictures that were taken with my mom at the Jaime Foxx concert. She was not only shocked that she got tickets for her birthday but was speechless when I told her that we got to go back stage and meet him. I wish you could of been there to see her face. Those of you that know my mom know that not much makes her happy other than her family, then she met Jaime!

Blessings in disguise

In the past 6 months since being since being diagnosed with cancer of the liver, we have truly shared our time like it may be our last. We have taken a trip to Los Angeles, went on a cruise, spent time in Lake Tahoe, and the topper was she got to meet Jaime Foxx!!! For today I feel blessed that we know our time is limited which has allowed us to love like we should. Here are some pictures of our times together. Los Angeles- we spent time with family and friends. Here are a few of my favorites.

Monkey in the middle

So with each of out boys I have thought they would be super protective of their mommy. Bailey, not really, Maisen, sometimes, and Aiden.. well if Jason is even thinking about getting close to me he is all over him. So tonight with no exception, we were watching Emperors New Groove and ....well I think the pictures explain what happened. By the way my niece Heather thought it would be a good idea for me to start a blog, and well now I am obsessing.. I am walking around with the camera waiting for a photo opportunity. Oh no!!!

He actually posed for this picture usually he gets really
mad!

Maisen's Crazy 8th

Today we celebrated Maisen's eighth birthday! He was not going to let this birthday go by without a party. Friday he started calling his friends and telling them to be here at 2:30 on Saturday. The funniest part is we never discussed this. So he had to call them back and cancel. He was a good sport. So today at 11, a few friends and family came over and helped us celebrate. We had Bailey, Maisen, Aiden, Eli, Thirsten, Shane, Chris, Matthew, and Marcus (kids). Nana, Chris, Alicia, Jen Dyer, Jessica (adults). We had a good time. The boys played football and then posed for silly camera shots with their fun glasses and fake teeth.
